NEW IN 2020... Miles of Golf eCom Store

As a highly successful traditional golf retailer that specializes in club fitting, Miles of Golf is opening an eCom store that hopes to provide a level of service not available on other golf on-line stores.  While we cannot duplicate the club fitting experience in our golf shops, speaking with our highly qualified club fitters can take a golfer a long way to making a better decision about their equipment.  In addition to equipment, our eCom store will feature golf bags, balls, shoes, and laser/GPS devices.  As the eComstore matures, we will be adding apparel.

Golf Shops Specializing in Club Fitting.

Miles of Golf is one of the top Club Fitting Facilities in the Country and is designated as a Golf Digest Top 100 Club Fitter, a Titleist Regional Club Fitting Center (one of 4 in the country), was the first off-course Ping National Club Fitter of the Year and has been recognized as one of the Best 100 Golf Shops in the country by Golf Digest/AGM since 1999.  Our commitment to club fitting for golf’s most recognized club makers – Callaway, Ping, TaylorMade, Cobra, and Titleist is what makes our facility unique.

We believe custom fitting is essential to getting the most from new clubs and for playing your best golf. Our fitting and testing centers, the Cluboratory, are equipped with over $900,000 of demo clubs along with TrackMan and Foresight Game Changer ball flight monitors, SAM Puttlab, and Quintec putter fitting systems. The Cluboratories are heated and protected from the elements yet allows the customer and club fitter to see the full flight of the ball. Our club fitting staff is recognized throughout the industry as one of the very best and fits thousands of players each year from high handicap players to some of the best players in the Midwest.

Both golf shops are large fully stocked shops with clubs, bags, balls, shoes, apparel, and golf accessories.

Beautiful Practice Facilities with Grass Tees, Covered and Heated Tees, and Toptracer.

Both Ann Arbor and Cincinnati have over 20 acre practice facilities. They have over 100 tees many of which are covered and heated bays for year around use.  Both ranges have extensive and beautiful grass tees. We have found that excellent practice balls, quality synthetic mats, an excellent putting green (free), and grass tees make a very nice practice experience.  Both ranges installed Toptracer technology in 2020.  Every ball hit at these ranges is tracked.  There is no extra cost for using Toptracer.

Simulators For Winter Time Golf.

The Miles of Golf Simulators on the Upper Deck are now open in Ann Arbor.  The new Upper Deck is now completely enclosed, heated, and ready for anything the winter months can muster. Pat’s Tavern has also moved upstairs, so you can enjoy a tasty beverage while you play Pebble Beach, St. Andrews and many more great courses.

In 2020 with the introduction of Toptracer, every golfer using the Miles of Golf practice facilities can now play simulator (virtual) golf anywhere on the ranges.

Top Rated Golf Academies.

The Kendall Academy in Ann Arbor is the largest golf academy in Michigan and is affiliated with the Golf Channel Academy. There are 8 experienced PGA or LPGA professional instructors who give lessons year around. These instructors have won numerous awards for golf instruction. The teaching studios are heated and protected from the elements yet allow players and instructors to see the full flight of the ball.

The Mark McDonald Golf Academy in Cincinnati is owned and operated by Mark McDonald, one of the great young instructors in the Cincinnati area. The teaching studios are heated and protected from the elements yet allow players and instructors to see the full flight of the ball.  During the summer, lessons are conducted on grass tees.
